Liquor Control Bylaw
Purpose of the Liquor Control Bylaw:
- to control liquor that is brought into public places
- to monitor the possession and consumption of alcohol in public places
Main provisions of the bylaw:
- Restriction of consumption, possession, and liquor being brought into public places
- The possession and usage of vehicles related to possession or consumption of liquor
- Offences related to consumption, possession or bringing in of liquor under the bylaw
